The spring of 2007 saw Omnicom Engineering Limited delighted to gain a first highway local authority client in Scotland with the award of an all-important first commission from Renfrewshire Council, headquartered in Paisley.
The commission works, undertaken at the client's behest in July 2007, provided a multi-camera digital video survey to support the council's route-action planning opertions and road network asset management. Further video survey works to support these business processes are expected in 2008-09.
