Stirling is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the IET with extensive experience in the development of new and innovative technology systems for the transportation industry and the management of commercial operations.
Stirling is responsible for all R&D activity and the management of external business partner programs. He also provides consultancy services to leading Blue Chip Clients such as Network Rail and Balfour Beatty. Stirling manages all collaboration and research activities with academic and professional institutions that supports Omnicom Engineering Limited's creative and innovative approach.
